Air Canada LCC - New Routes?

With AC apparently due to start up a new LCC in early 2013, could we see any new routes added or wil it just be a case of moving some of the mainline routes such as MAD, BCN, FCO over? I am particularily interested in seeing if LIS will get the LCC so I can finally use my ZED tickets direct YYZ-LIS without transiting.
