Excited to see another outside carrier come to IAH. Apparently it's a EAS service and Sun Air International will operated 4x daily service between Houston (IAH) and Victoria (VCT). United axed this service a couple of months ago due to Colgan folding. Service to start September 17th.

I am assuming that as this is operated by a Piper Chieftan, it will utilize terminal A.

Planning a start on Sept 17th ,yet ( even though news story says) one cannot go t expedia for this service at this time. I hope this is successful for them. I really hope to see these small 402 and Navajo type operations succeed.

I believe they said that they were looking at starting the IAD service on the 15th of October. That gives them a month and a half. I day its 50/50 that it actually happens on or around that date.
