D-AEBM was cirkeling around MRS for a while when they squaked 7700. At the same time 2 other planes were holding as well. Was this a 7700 due to low fuel? It did land from the other direction after another round.

Why were planes holding around MRS and if they couldnt land why would LH not have fuel to divert to NCE or LYSfor example?

Check: http://www.flightradar24.com/2012-09-17/14:47/DLH01J

edit: seems like it was an ERJ flying MUC-MRS

Why don't you just wait a bit until the facts about this incident are known?

I could, but this is A.net, normally there are immediate answers to questions. ( like someone working at the airport, family on the flight, working for LH etc etc.   )

D-AEBM is an ERJ-190-200 or ERJ-195 if you like.

Nothing's worse then flying the same registration twice, except flying it 4 times..
