I was looking for a friend last night, on FunJet, for a trip to Las Vegas from Dallas. Suprisingly, I was choosing the flights and found a new airline, Omni Air. If I am not mistaken, this is a charter airline. Can anyone give me any information on Omni Air? I would greatly appreciate it!

Omni is indeed a charter carrier, they operate 4 DC-10's, 2 -10's and 2 -30's. They fly for the DOD as well as tour operators like MLT, SkyService, and occationally for the likes of Sun Country, ATA, and some European carriers. Omni has operated the 10's for 2-years after selling it's 3 727-cargo aircraft to Kitty Hawk. They don't plan on stopping at 4 aircraft, but they do plan on sticking with the DC-10. Hope this helps.ADIOS
