Incident At Heathrow Today?

Hi guys,

Just seen this on the Eurocontrol website:

EGLL

Following an earlier incident, airborne holding delays remain but are reducing.
Strong winds are now an issue, but arrival rate has been increased from 1420 UTC.

Anybody with any info?
