I was wondering if Boeing uses the same flight number for 787 flights to KFTW for painting? I doubt it but I thought I would ask as I am trying to set up a Flight Aware alert...seems to want a flight number... I'd love to be able to get regular alerts when planes are due, as it would make it easier for me to set up an alert for when they are freshly painted and ready to depart.

When you create your alert, at step 1 choose tail rather than flight number, and then check the advanced options. It will allow you to create an alert without entering a tail number and specify the destination and type.
