Today two new orders were placed:

-Rheintalflug has firmed up one option for one ERJ-145 to be delivered in Feb 02, its fourth frame.
-apan Air Communter has become the launch customer for the Dash 8-Q400 in Japan by placing an order for 5+1 for delivery starting in 4Q02.

Besides new rumours:

-Finnair is interested in 70-100 seat regional jets
-Air Vallee (Italy) will take four additional 328JET, every half year one.
-US Airways has requested proposals from Bombardier, Embraer and Fairchild Dornier for their RJ tender

Some second-hand deals/cancellations:

- UNI Air has cancelled its Dash 8-Q400 order (6+6 frames)
- EAE will take two ATR 42-300 from Eurowings
- Equator Links has added one F28-4000

Anything forgotten?

Regards
Flying-Tiger

Embraer is in talks with four european airline about RJs:

British Airways (likely to be ERJ-170/190)
British Midland likely to be (ERJ-135/145 and probably -170)
Air France (likely to be ERJ-135/145)
LOT (likely to be ERJ-145)

However in most sales talks Bombardier, Fairchild Dornier and BAe Systems are involved, too. That does not necessarily mean that Embraer will get all these orders.
