I did not see this anywhere on the forum, and the news is already a few weeks old, so I figured I should get it on here. Anyhow, it appears that Frontier finally can pull out of Rhinelander. Skywest has signed a two-year contract to serve the airport, and will operate two CRJ flights to Minneapolis under the Delta Connection Brand. No start date has been announced.

Quoting Coronado (Reply 1): I just want SkyWest (Delta) get the CMX EAS contract again from SkyWest (United) when it comes up for bid again in a year. ORD sucks for connections off of a CRJ.
That's certainly possible for the next round; however, it's also very possible that SkyWest would want at least one airport in the area to have UA service to provide an option for area travelers since it's pretty DL(pm-NW)-centric.

Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.
