Could CO start IAH/EWR to OGG on 764 in the future?

CO has an agreement with HA for interisland, why would they want to fly to OGG direct from IAH or EWR, most pax on the Hawaii run are "loyalty program" redemption, no real revenue. Why not fly to another lucrative business market (though they are far and few between these days), or replace the 767 200 on the EWR ZRH run!!
