There's no scheduled 707 service anymore but there's still a couple of passenger's aircraft flying such as Saha (Iran), LADE (Argentina) and Gulf Falcon (UAE).
I think that the last scheduled service was operated by African International and the plane flew between NBO and SHJ (Continuing service to Pakistan?).
Falcon....like a limo but with wings

This has been an often discussed subject. Search something like "passenger 707" or check website www.airlinerlist.com for a history and list of current 707 operating airlines.
nobody has ever died from hard work, but why take the risk?
