During the recent Tourism fair held in Rimini last week, AZ announced the introduction of new destinations for the W13, on top of those already announced in the past months (AUH in C/S with EY and ZHR)
FCO-FOR, in C/S with GOL
FCO-PRG, starting in Jan 2013
FCO-EVN 2xw, starting on Dec 11th
With the introduction of FOR, AZ is going to serve 3 destinations in Brazil (FOR, GRU and GIG).
Having the C/S with GOL since day 1, seems to be a good move to guarantee the sustainability of this flight and potential increase in the frequency (it should start as 3xw AFAIK).
Same applies for AUH operated in C/S with Etihad.
Regarding Yerevan, I really hope that this new flight will successfully perform as FCO-TBS is doing now, especially after the debacle of Armavia in these recent days.

AZ will compete against IG anf U8 on FCO-EVN, albeit seasonally.
Seems to me three carriers on one route is a bit too much for EVN in summer.
