Egypt Air Dispose of 2x 777-200's

Egyptair is retiring two of its 777s, which reportedly are destined for PIA.

Source: skyliner-aviation.
PIA will also take two ex-Saudia 747-300s.

They have two 1997 deliveries and two 2001 deliveries. If they're looking to sell to raise money, I'd guess it be the newer ones...

PIA's fleet of 777-200s are all more recent builds.

Remember this is PK.

At one point, they were operating 747s with PW, GE and RR engines concurrently.

First of all, there aren't many used 777s available. And the price may be another aspect.

It is the correct ICAO code - PK is the IATA code. IATA is used by the reservation and interlining systems, ICAO by ATC and flightcrew

Thanks, some people forget that there is more than one way to identify.

Both are acceptable codes/abbreviations... like UA and UAL...
