American Airlines and Sabre settled their dispute and will continue to participate in the GDS. Seems like a very quick settlement to a case that had just begun.

The case is about two years old. The jury trial started a week ago. Settlements during a jury trial are quite common.

Neither party wants to risk a jury being able to understand very complex issues and claims when their jury consultants tell the claimants their arguments are not reaching the jury.
