I was wondering what are the different types of aircraft they show the investigators use to fly around in? I know they seem to use several different types of aircraft.

My better half loves the show. As you've observed they don't use a specific jet but now that I think about it I've never noticed them use anything other than Gulfstreams. The two most recent episodes I've watched have featured a G-IV and a G550.

Hi

I also love the show! the newer season hasnt been shown where I live yet,   and I do have probably a stupid question and not to do with this topic, but do the real BAU use private aircraft like in the TV series or do they fly commercially??

Thanks

The FBI has a few bizjets, and the ability to request aircraft from other government departments if necessary.

Normally the FBI would fly commercial, but on occasions they need to move people quickly, that is always faster and more efficient to use a dedicated aircraft.

They obviously do not want the criminals to know how many and which type aircraft they have.

'Wheels up in 30'

AFAIK they use 2 or 3 short clips of Gulfstreams, and show them every time again, sometimes even mirrored

I got the feeling that these came from some Gulfstream stock videos, as they usuallu are the same plane and I believe theres Gulfstream visible on it.

Great show btw!

Nothing's worse then flying the same registration twice, except flying it 4 times..
