Question For BA/AA Employees(and Others)

For the British Airways and American Airlines emplyees, as well as the users here, what do you all think of the AA/BA deal. Why/why not are you for/against it?

I am totally for it. I will tell you straight up why. Because the current Oneworld alliance sucks. Its not up to the likes of Star Alliance or the other ones. The only real thing in Oneworld is BA/QF and AA/QF and those can barely even be called an alliance.

See the only thing Oneworld is doing is allowing the members of the respective airlines FF program to earn/redeem miles on the other airlines. Hell the only real codesharing agreement in Oneworld is QF/BA on the kangaroo routes and AA/QF on LAX-Austrailia routes.

All I have to say is Oneworld is crumbling apart and this is the only thing that has the possiblity of keeping it together.
