Whats The Latest On Iran Air 747 Fleet?

Have they grounded two 747SP, and what about the 743s they had aquired, when do those start flying?

It was reported a few weeks ago that the old ex-QF 743s aquired last summer are not going to be operated. As for the SPs, I havent heard any are grounded, and if so, perhaps only for a prolonged maintenance as is the practise for quite some years now.

There isnt any other option I would say. Those RR engines though are worthless for Iran Air as they have no planes with that type pf engine.
