Hello, we have Trans World Express Operated by Corporate Airlines here In Burlington Iowa. The Airport says, that they will Continue service here, as the American Connection? and Paint the planes in American Colors. Now I know that American got rid of all there J-31s and that is what TWE uses out of here. So are they going to get them back then? We once had 3 Airlines here in Burlington, American Eagle, United Express and TWE now it is just TWE. If AE couldnt survive the fist time it was here, why do they think it will now?

Hi

Well, they will survive because they are the only airline that serves Burlington, Iowa, after United Express and TWE left the market. No competition means that they get all passengers that fly in and out of Burlington, Iowa and without competition passengers have to pay higher ticket prices and this means that the airline makes more money on certain routes.

Kind regards,
RJ100
