With B6 headed to ABQ, what are the chances of them actually setting up a station here rather than being handled by someone locally (i.e. DGS, ect..) would they really have a dedicated staff for just one flight a day?

Well, hopefully if the JFK flights prove to be a success we can see BOS and maybe even LGB service as well. If that happened than maybe they would set up a station there. Otherwise, probably not.
