Howdy all, am trying to find the current fleet of Aeropostal please, have checked three different websites and they are all different, Aeropostal website itself has MD-80's and DC-9's listed, airfleets.net has just 3 MD-80's listed and another site had 7 aircraft active 3 MD-80's and 4 DC-9's that was the same as Wikipedia. I know they had one written off during a hard landing in recent times (may have even been last year). Am hoping someone in the know maybe able to answer this for me please. Thanks Mark

We currently have two DC-9-51s (YV137T and YV139T) and three MD-82s (YV2793, YV445T, YV505T): http://www.ch-aviation.ch/portal/aircraft/search?search=1&cha=VH

Thanks Thomas much appreciated for the reply and info, are those aircraft deployed on set routes or do they rotate to destinations right across the network...eg is Flt 150 always an MD80 and Flt 300 DC-9 ??? Been very hard to find what equipment gets used where.

Judging from the schedule data we have in our database, the DC-9s currently operate CCS-BRM/MUN/PZO and the MD-82s operate CCS-MAR/PMV/PZO and VLC-PMV. Thanks for the follow-up question, judging from the schedule data we have received from them (provided it is correct), that leads to the assumption that the fleet list data is accurate as their schedule requires 2 D95s and three M82s.
