Just got to my hotel in Prague following the flight...what can I say? It was wonderful! The interior is excellent and to a very high standard. Economy had excellent leg room, quality noise cancelling headsets and overall great comfort. Premium Economy also looked great as did Business. The crew where extremely accommodating with all us enthusiasts all over the cabin taking pictures, videos and exploring throuout boarding, inflight and after landing. We even had the flightdeck available to visit. Departure was slightly late due to de-icing and our approach was changed due to weather (although maybe we did do a fly past?). On arrival there was a gate party along we many, many spotters lining the approach path and runway. Airport staff from all departments also turned out in their masses to greet the 787. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great day for Polish and European aviation along with an historic milestone for LOT.
This year I flew with BA,KLM,Lufthansa,BMI and LOT. And LOT was the most pleasant flight I ever flew on. Great to see her exploring the skies of Europe first. 2nd one due to handover at the end of the year , another 3 till late March.

I just arrived in Munich after a wonderful flight on the Dreamliner, it's a very impressive aircraft and the crew were excellent. I was sat in the rear economy section and there was plenty of space, probably the most spacious economy cabin I've ever experienced, it's also incredibly quiet with it almost being silent in some parts of the cruise. I actually found this mornings E195 much louder! It was interesting to see enthusiasts and ordinary passengers mixing and I echo ThomasCook in saying the crew were very accommodating to everyone roaming around the cabin and taking photos, I never once saw them stop smiling.
It was nice to test out the entertainment system, seems resonable enough with new TV shows and movies. The personal screens are very sensitive though and the slightest knock seems to turn them off, a simple press of the power button brings it back immediately but it happened more than once to a few people during the short flight. Anyone thinking of flying the 787 with LOT should note that row 27 has no window and just a blank wall, there's no window at the emergency exit row 20 either so avoid those.
Towards the end of the flight the Captain apologised to passengers towards the front for the increased noise, apparently a faulty air seal that Boeing engineers were working on. Didn't have any problem where I was sitting though!

Phew! Glad I reserved 25A on my 787 joyride, by now all the window seats seem to be taken - would have been a shame to be stuck in a windowless seat.
Walk together, talk together all ye peoples of the earth. Then, and only then, shall ye have peace.
I found the cabin to be very spacious with a lot of headroom and aisles seemed in line with other aircraft including larger aircraft I work on. I'd say Y was around 80-85% full with W and J being 100% full. Here is a picture;
