Air China 747-400 In Brussels.

Today I could see an Air China 747-400 next to the general aviation parking at Brussels Airport. A rare fact, if not a first !!!
I guess this was the airplane of an official Chinese delegation coming to BRU...

Has anyone an idea about all this ??
