Tiny. When you have one sitting between two 747s, you hardly see it.
In capacity, it is about the size of a 763.

An 330 can carry about 300 passengers, and 747 about 400, so the 747 is larger.

typical A330 3 class config holds about 250-275 passengers
typical 767-300 3 class config holds about 185-210
typical 747-400 3 class config holds about 350-400

A330 is closer to the 777-200 in capacity.. in fact the A330 has a little more room for cargo than the 777.

The A330-300 is almost identical in cargo capacity as the 777-200. Both aircraft hold up to 32 LD3's in the cargo hold.
