AOA, the CX pilots union, want to rise the membership fee 5 times! Now, the membership fee is about 1% of the pilots' salary. The AOA want the membership fee about 5% of the pilots' salary because the AOA need large amount of money to help the fired pilots and fight with CX management. It's a good time for CX management to divide the AOA. The AOA should not increase membership fee in this important time. Now, I know why the AOA executives ask for pay rise. It is because the AOA can get more money from the pilots.
