I cant believe 4 aircraft are hijacked and those bastards suceed at it, which brings me to my question, I ve heard israeli security is awesome and those mother ........ would not dare to attempt it there.
What do they do ? what are their measurements? is it military?
there has been a lot of talk about the quality of security staff in the US, specially the pay, is this a major cause for what has happened?

I have never been to Isreal but I would like to see the military or Marshall, or FBI take over airport security. Security is more important then making the passengers happy in my opinion.

The FAA would do right to have US planes secured the same way like El Al has it's planes secured.
Here in Germany there is always a Mossad-person and a tank from the "Bundesgrenzschutz". Is it like that everywhere or only in Germany?

While I think that increased security is needed, you are forgetting something:

More people fly in the use in a month or less than El Al handles all year.

Tim is right!

The costs for having federal agents run airport security are prohibitive. Plus, anyone from any other airport outside the US can enter our system after their intl flight. Thats kind of scary.

Plus, its reported the hjackers had no guns.
