It didn't get hijacked...... it got intercepted because the pilot said he was in trouble..... but later clarified that he was low on fuel and diverted to whitehorse

Bull, just like i said in the other post, there was no KE Hijacking and plane landed safely in Whitehorse.

There were reports that the Korean 747 was forced to land in Whitehorse - intercepted by Canadian Forces CF-18's following the "no-fly" announcement earlier today.

The aircraft was enroute to Anchorage, AK. I haven't heard all of the circumstances behind it but they where ordered to divert to Whitehorse. Apparently they they had fuel issues with the distance.

I have heard one report that the aircraft went to Yakutat, Alaska.

Apparently the fuel disscussions got blown out of proportion. There was some speculation that the aircraft was going to end up in either downtown Anchorage or at the pipeline terminal in Valdez.



OBAMA-WORST PRESIDENT EVER....Even SKOORB would be better.
