as the old thread is closed I opened a new one. I searched all major british airports to find where Monarch is sending their A300's to during summer and where are the last 3 ships of them are based? If anyone got info about the routes I would really appreciate it!

Quoting tomkell92 (Reply 5): If last year was anything to go off, it will be one of each. I think Tuesday's is PMI followed by TFS and Thursday's are the other way around. I stand to be corrected though.
Quoting Pe@rson (Reply 6): You can tell by doing a pretend booking and looking at the seat map that appears in the booking process. That's what I do.
Alright, thanks for the suggestions! I hope we can both log one before they are gone

I am awaiting word from Toby Hillier at Monarch to see whether or not the next Enthusiast day trip will be on an A300 as the last one I went on was on a B752. He asked us all what aircraft we'd like to see on the next one and the overwhelming conclusion was everyone wanted an A300 so i'm waiting to see what he says...

An A300 is scheduled to leave the fleet the end of this summer, the other 2 end of summer 2014. There is however apparantly an internal study into looking at the viability of removing all A300s this year.

I did fly on the ZB A300 last year to AGP & it definitely has an old school feel. I loved it & have booked again for this year ! I will be booking an A330 flight european flight also for this year. There is something about around Europe in a medium/long haul aircraft. Would recommend to anyone.
Thanks - did they aquire more 330s? From the schedule posted above it looks like they need 3 330s? Surprised they are only running 3 weekly flights to SFB, it was only a few years back they ran 6 between Thu-Sat.
Monarch also operate to Tobago via Grenada on Wednesday's. It is also listing 2 Friday departures on August 24 and 31 to Orlando-Sanford, but no return - strange. Each base mentioned above operates 2 Orlando departures a week.
And maybe saying that it was wrong was a bit strong, I apologise for that.
I'm not too sure about the charters though. I have made a mock-up schedule using all the information above, and I can't seem to fit 1 or 2 charters in around the scheduled flights. Almost as if a 4th aircraft is needed.
