PAL's back up plan should Cat I be delayed again (e.g., due to the sequester)? There was speculation it was going to be Cayman Airways, but Cambodian Airlines makes so much more sense.

PAL will pull this off. Though the Cambodian aviation industry is booming, I don't know just how close this new airline will be to PAL.
It's classified as neither, as there are no direct services (and there hasn't been) between Cambodia and the United States.

PR 77W will steal a lot of folks from UA etc...
4 flights to Cebu again on their new A320s and they are one of the finest carriers out there along with TG/CX/GA. And their domestic crews are top notch...

PAL doesn't have A321 yet, although did order some last November... not sure what their delivery timeframe looked like though?
