I will be flying next February on Northwest from AMS to EWR and back from JFK to AMS on KLM. I can't find a schedule on the Internet that would tell me the exact plane type. NW57 is always a DC-10 and KL644 is a 747 Combi. Does anybody here know if the NWA flight will be on a DC-10-30 or -40? And the KLM one, 743 or 744?

I am pretty sure that KL644 is usually is either a B743 or a B742-SUD, I don't ever recall seeing a B744 on this flight. NW57 on the other hand is a DC10-30.
I have found these flights many times before.... Take a look here :

Boeing 747 ( Possible the 100s' or 200s' series )

Thanks for all the info. I guess I'd take SQ if I lived in Amsterdam, but I don't. I have to get first from Helsinki to AMS and SQ doesn't codeshare on either KL or AY on that route.
By the way are those KL 742 SUDs or 743s already equipped with glass cockpits or not? I know they'll get glass cockpits for those but don't know if it's just a plan or if have they actually started the project yet.
