With GA announcing they will be deploying their NEW B77W on the CGK-SYD, CGK-LGW route the very 1st B77W has made an appearance.

The aircraft will certainly look sleek in the GA color scheme!

I wish it had the previous livery...I'm not a big fan of the tail colors of the new livery....

Still, very nice to see another new 777 carrier!

wow, very nice, but somehow this video makes me feel uncomfortable. They could do better PR than this.

It't only computer animated. So I think and my opinion is: that it's really good. Maybe cause of the long winter and cold times when see the mountains and snow?

If I'm not mistaken then Ethiopian will be the next 77W Customer?

Thank's, I know that this is animated. I was more referring to some of the scenes look like it's making a turn into the mountain. Allthough I know that swiss people and PR likes to make the link with their alpine heritage, I, and I'm also just a regular consumer, feel uncomfortable of seeing a plane being animated into the middle of a mountain range. Could make better PR.

Not Ethiopian, they have only just recently announced their intention to lease 77W's for 2015, but Kenya Airways, who are due to get 2 new leased ones in late summer.

Actually when doing actual inflight photo work most customers look for similar mountain shots using the Olympics and Cascades near Seattle for their Boeing airplanes.

When is it scheduled to be delivered?

ALAFCO will be financing 2 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft for Garuda Indonesia through a sale and lease back scheme. The aircraft will be delivered from Boeing in June 2013 and July 2013.

Interesting... the A330s use SBB L-Band for satcom while the 777s use the Ku-band (evident by the photo).
I guess the fight between OnAir and Panasonic/Aeromobile for Garuda reached a draw... with out the connectivity local legal issues still not sorted out... Garuda taking a bit of a risk here maybe?

He's talking about the satellite internet connection for WIFI onboard. So IFE in a sense.

The aircraft is LN 1104 (c/n 40074) and will be registered PK-GIA (similar to the DC10 registration sequence, many years ago).

I still hold firm that the 77W is much too elegant for a Eurowhite scheme. V Australia still has had the best scheme to date. That said, it would be nice to stop over in CGK while traveling to Europe...

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. We are tonight’s entertainment!
25 TC957 : What routes do GA intend to use their new 77W on until they start LGW & SYD long-hauls in November ?
26 777way : GA need to apply their title in a uniform way on the fleet, on some its on front on others its centre in certain cases leaning to the rear, very shodd
27 The777Man : CGK-NRT and DPS-NRT. Perhaps some other routes as well. The777Man
28 Eagleboy : Those B787's are getting in the way of so many photos from PAE!!!
29 Post contains links and images KarelXWB : It's in paint. (picture by Russell Hill)
30 Post contains links pdxswa : Actually technically not their first 77W. Their first new build yes, but this is actually their first 77W. http://www.airliners.net/photo/Garud...-(Ai
31 777way : Why is it wearing old style titles and why is atot of the tail logo.missing, so shoddy.
32 Post contains images 817Dreamliiner : Looks great
33 je89_w : Well I wouldn't consider that 77W theirs as it is a wet lease after all. Most likely it's the only decals available for a quick paste on for the Hajj
34 zkokq : Because its a short term wet lease. Why bother painting it? It has the titles. Air Austral probably dont want their 777 to have to be repainted once
35 777way : Hajj is around October this year, this aircraft is doing regular Jeddah flights since last month and throughout next.
36 mandala499 : Aircraft is leased in for crew training & familiarization... Dunno if it's gonna stay for Hajj season...
37 EK413 : I love it! Can't wait to she her on the regular SYD service. EK413
38 B738FlyUIA : Thanks for sharing. Look's really great!
39 777way : I meant why didn't they use the new style title not repaint the whole plane in GA livery, also why didn't they operate it in full air austral look li
40 Post contains links and images 817Dreamliiner : Photo now in the database: View Large View MediumPhoto © Russell Hill
41 Post contains images EK413 : Super HOT!!! The lines remind of QF and saddens me EK413
42 Post contains images RyanairGuru : That is one beautiful aircraft, I love it
43 mandala499 : Standard GA policy... the Hajj standard decals package still use the old font last Hajj season. I don't think it's changing this Hajj season either.
