Manchester Cutbacks

does anyone know how all these cutbacks are affecting manchester,birmingham and stansted,what services have been lost from these airports

As far as I know, BA haven't announced any route cuts at Manchester...yet! They are selling their Hangar at Manchester and that employs 150 engineers. I don't know what will happen with the MAN-JFK route operated by BA, I wouldn't be surprised to see that go but I hope not!
Recent events can only have a negative impact on bmi's expansion plans at Manchester.

American Airlines are suspending their daily BHX-ORD service from the end of October, it will hopefully resume next April.

The BHX-EWR daily service (with CO) is still flying, but it's future has been put in doubt given the current economical and political climate.

yes its a bad time for our airports gatwick has already lost a few and im sure ba will pull a few more yet
