I don't think SIA needs the A330 because the B777-200 the can do what the A330 can do.
I think that the SIA should get B747-400ER and A340-600s.

Okay, the last one is a Piper. But still I would like to fly one of those on a scheduled service - I would ask for a jump-seat  Big grin

Ndebele: Those are all Pipers....

I don't think Cessna has ever made a low wing single.

Oooops... OMG, you're right L-188... those are really Pipers... shame on me!

I'm not so familiar with the difference between a Piper and a Cessna. Well the problem is that we don't see those cute BA Pipers here in STR very often, I haven't even seen them on one of my many trips to UK. In fact I have to confess that I don't even know where Popham (the location of all 3 photoes) is situated.

I would like Air Canada to rid themselves of their DC9's and get A318. Despite my love of the A340, I would love for AC to get some 777s.

I think Garuda should get some A340s, since they are very happy with their Airbuses so far. In fact the leased some A340s couple of months back.

And also some A319/320/321 to replace the 737s.

JA

Aeroflot with A318-319-320-321
CSA with the A319-320
Sibir with IL-96-400
Northwest with TU-334 to replace their DC-9
Sabena with A380  Smile/happy/getting dizzy
AA with B744
Pulkovo with A319-320
SAS with B773/772
... and so on...

25 Airbus380 : CO should get 744s and MD-11s.
26 Climbout : I'm gonna have to agree with B757300! I think all airlines, except WN, should fly the 757's. I just LOVE this aircraft.
27 RoyalDutch : KLM should get 777s, CSA should get 767-300s (to build a larger international route system, and supliment the A310s) and Fokker 100's for shorter Euro
28 The747Man : I think Comair and Southwest should order 744s. On the more serious note, AA and DL getting the 753. (After air travel shapes up again)
29 LY772 : El Al should get: Boeing 773s
30 Post contains images Mr.BA : SIA don't need the A330 as they have tons of B777s at hand. I hope... every airline in the world buys more B744s and B777s. alvin
31 OH-LZA : Finnair should get A340-500's or B777-200's. Zulu Alpha
32 Qantas744 : All applicable airlines should put together a consortium to build and then fly more Tristars. Although I think there is more chance of easyJet moving
33 Alexinwa : I think airlines should place new orders cancel current ones for the following: UA: Cancel remaining Airbus order. Order a mix of 757/763/777 to offer
34 POSITIVE RATE : I think QF should get 777-200's/300's to replace 747-300
35 Oldelwood : I think delta should get 747-400's to fly between fort lauderdale and west palm beach! what a bunch of idiots!
36 Post contains images BluebellyA380 : LH needs som A330s
37 Lan_Fanatic : LanChile should get some ATR-72s for regional flights And some A-321s for their south american network The rest of the fleet is just right. Lan_Fanati
38 IMissPiedmont : I'm rather looking forward to my next PHX-FMN flight on a spanking new Mesa 757-300.
39 Dennys : would someone know when the A340-500 will Roll out ? tks regards dennys.
40 Post contains images Blink182 : I think every airline should order DC-3s and fly them trans-pacific rgds, blink182
