You mean in terms of take-offs and landings or passengers passing through? If you mean flights then the busiest airports in the world would have to be Chicago O'Hare/New York JFK/LAX/London Heathrow

Ah - just as I thought, that wasn't a "guess", that was an informed choice!

Anchorage at #5 says something about the way freight (and its type) is moved around up there.
4 others in USA, 4 in Asia and only 1 in Europe in the top 10 - interesting.
