Since someone posted a question on the registrations of Continental a/cs, I was wondering the following:

Is there a significance to the two different reggies on BA 747-400s? Does one mean a certain configuration and the other another? (Similarly, the UAL reggies designate certain features as well. Another example are the LH planes. The letters designate weight and freight containers, if I remember correctly. Can't remember the letter designations though. 'A' 'B' 'I' etc.)

G-CVI-
G-BNL-

Whoops, the reggies are G-CIV-, not the way I have written above.
