Though this is unreleased news, but this is also the truth.

Singapore Airlines WILL and definetely soon announce the suspend on the Singapore-Macau route.According to news,as Macau route has been a non-profiting route since starting the service, the only international airline that flies to Macau will be suspended. All Macau based staff have been informed about the news.No further details of when the service will be suspended.

Doesnt suprise me if this does happen. It has stayed at 2 A310s per week since it was launched in 95.
Strangely enough, SQ just signed some agreement with the Macau Tourist Board to bring in more tourists to Macau.

Actually not just SIA were operating to Macau.Malaysian and TAP Portugal flew to macau before,as an international carrier. But both were non-profitting.Well who would even know that Hong kong and macau are just 1 hour ship-travel,but the demand for international routes would be sho little, like SIA operates 49 (42 soon) to HKG,but just 2 to Macau, and with 2 flights to Macau only!

But i guess it's good to suspend it...cause no more international carriers will oerate to macau anymore!
