An-12 Seized With 8 Tonds Of C-4 Onboard.

Just heard on that an AN-12 was seized in Moscow during a fuel stop attempting to deliver 8 tons of C-4 plastic explosives to Kasakhstan. Apperently the crew had soviet-era documents allowing them to transport dangerous goods which, obviously, we no longer valid.

Any ideas who might of been the customer?

So, this plane is under flag of Aerofraht (Aerofreight) company. The problem is, that transit documents were incorrectly drawn up. Now everything is OK and probably the plane will leave Moscow todays' evening.
