What happened to the people who work
at DCA?(airline, airport shops/restaurants/
security, taxis, etc....)

I think only a few planes are moving in/out now.

Bush wants to reopen it fully very soon.

No, currently at DCA is deserted, well, the airline gates are. No public access are allowed at DCA, but only employees are allowed with an ID. There are no planes at DCA but I don't know about th corporate at Signature.

But DCA will re-open.
