From today's Washington Post:
"Alaska Airlines Boeing 737s regularly fly RNP routes to many Alaska airports, including the treacherous approach to Juneau down the Gastineau Channel, a narrow approach surrounded by mountains and cliffs, long recognized as one of aviation's most exciting rides. In the channel, the plane flies itself, making every turn including a last tight left turn to line up on the runway."
Is the approach as exciting as the Post says? I couldn't find any search hits in the forums. It would be nice to see some pictures.
