I was in Atlanta taking pictures last weekend. I was lucky enough to catch one of the few 747s in Atlanta. (Atlas Air) I watched a Delta MD-11 land and I enjoyed that, b/c I love the MD-11.
Anyway, it seemed like every other plane was an MD-8x. I am so tired of having to see the things, they annoy me. I dunno why! They are beautiful planes, and I love the way they stand up and rocket off, but I'm really tired of them.

it used to be the CO DC-10's but now i will want to see them again when i go up to EWR...most airlines fly md-8x's in so they're a little dull.

At YYZ, there's a fair bit of variety with mixed type AC operates, as well as all the int'l carriers. I probably could do away with seeing all the A32X jets for more widebodies.

Any 737. There are just too, too many of 'em at airports across the U.S.

Those little F28's. There like mosquitos sometimes. There always there to bug ya. So noisy too. I dont mind the noise if it is something larger like a 737-200.
They have cool speedbrakes though...

I hate Dash 8's!!! They have got to the most borring commerical aircraft to look at. Westjet_737, you have no idea how lucky you are seeing F28s all the time! I would love to be in your shoes.

The MD-80. I do not mean to denegrate a fine aircraft, I'm just tired of seeing them. A close second is the 737. I think the 737 is one of the finest airliners ever built, just so common. The worst, though, is the A320 family. I just have never found them very attractive. I realize that this has nothing to do with reality per operations. I just don't think Airbus can beat the A300 or A340 in terms of looks. Just as Boeing will NEVER beat the 707 or 727-200.
Of course the Super VC-10 is, and in my opinion will always be, the most graceful airliner ever built.
What is it with all the "is there a possibilty airline X will.." threads? The answer it'll is possible.

Southwest OC schemes; in general just Southwest. Not any bias, it just gets boring when one sees at least two SWA 737's per hour at school. CO ERJ's are pushing it, though, but are at least more bearable than the WN 737's.

I'll get reamed for this, but seeing Northwest DC-9s constantly in Detroit is tiring and even more annoying to me are Mesaba Saab 340s

I am sick of seeing:
B767, why? It is the most disporportionately ugly airplane. It has the most unaerodynamic nose I had ever seen. I looks like someones thumb.
I want it to just disappear, I liked the planes the 764 replaced better: the "L" and the DC-10's/MD-11's
I also absolutely hate any piston-engined prop aircraft, I'm a jetage person.

CFM-powered 737s and 767-300s for me.
There's a lot of MD-80s around but I never get tired of them; they're nice looking aircraft, and once those are gone all we'll have left will be mostly twin engine 737-style jobs.
One interesting thing with everyone's post is how in everyone's location a particular type seems to prevail. For example, someone is sick and tired of Fokker 28's, when over here I never get to see any! Perhaps we oughta do some trading eh?
IMissPiedmont, I agree with you on the comment about Boeing I'd perhaps add the 747-200 to the lot as well.
25 POSITIVE RATE: The 737. Especially the older ones(737-300/400) there are just way too many of them everywhere and although they are good performers they get boring t

28 OO-VEG: Pff the KL 737's at AMS are really annoying. Except for the 737-900!
29 Braniff Place: Those goddam AN and QF 737s oh what i would do to get them the hell out of here....
30 Sin777er: B737-200-B737-700 A320 757-I think it's really ugly because it looks like it has a flat bottom. 767 727 A300 MDs except 11 I never tire looking at A31
