I know that several (or all) observation decks in Europe were closed directly after the tragic events of September 11th.
Now my question is, which observation decks have been opened again or when do airports plan to reopen them?
I guess FRA is still closed, but what about other airports like AMS, LGW, ZRH or DUS?

In Duesseldorf, only the observation deck on Terminal B is open. New are the secure procedures at the entrance.
The observation deck at the airport train station is still closed.
