Do you think a passenger airline will try out the Boeing MD-10? I don't know if it will happen but if you got to choose an airline which one(s) would you pick to use the MD-10?
I would pick either United, American, Continental or Northwest. They might. I doubt it but it would be nice though to see them do it.

Hmmm,, It seems possible, but I doubt any of the airlines you mentioned would start service with the aircraft. They already have equipment in place that is much more efficient than the DC / MD-10. American has pretty much given up on the MD-11, which is a better airplane.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the type operating in Africa, the land of the lost 707s, if they can pry them from the hands of Fedex that is. Does Boeing offer MD-10 conversions to other customers?

Wasn't the MD-10 conceived for FedEx?

I'm sure Boeing would be happy to do a MD10 conversion for anyone willing to pay for it.
