At the moment, MD80s and MD90s. The A300s appear during Chinese New Year.

Solar Wind, are you sure about that or is it just guess work due to the fact that China Northern's main base is at Shenyang? Currently, China Northern at Shenyang has mainly MD-90 operations, with only a few flights on the A300, MD-80 or Y-7s.

Hi AndyEastMids

I read this info at the CJ staff discussion board.

I'm quite sure there is no more MD-82 based at Shenyang.

MD-82 based at Dailian: B-2104/2105/2122/2126/2128/2129/2140/2148.

MD-82 based at Harbin: B-2146/2149/2150/2151/2152.

Solar Wind,

Do you know where the MD90s are based? I particular the two MD90s they received recently? I can't remember the registrations offhand, but I am sure that HKGSpotter will help me remember them!!

CX flyboy,

When I was at Shenyang in August, 11 of the (I think they have) 13 MD-90s were there first thing in the morning, including at least one of the Shanghai built examples. Don't know where the other two were.

Solarwind,

Yes, you're right, that's what I said - no MD-80s based at Shenyang.

Angel have cancelled there future Taiwan and Korea flights. Maybe they will not get the third A300 either.

B-2100 and B-2103 are the only Chinese built MD-90's.

Both of those MD-90s were at Shenyang. I flew on B-2100 from Shenyang to Xi'an and Cheng'du - no different from an MDC built airplane as far as I could tell.

Wonder if B-2136 was written off or repaired? In Bill Harms' site it's still in service.
Oops there are two B-2126s in the CJ list above, maybe the one in Dalian should be 2136?  Confused
