In big company (American, BA, AF...) do you know what kind of place pilots are looking for: flying on large planes -ie B747/A340 (impressive planes & beautiful travels) or smaller -ie B737/A320 planes (at home nearly each evening)
Do they prefer to be FO on a large plane or Captain on a small one?

It's mostly a matter of personal preference. Some like to be home more, some like the big planes.
