This is mainly targeted for non-pilots (you lucky pilots don't have to dream  Smile)..

If you could pilot only 3 roundtrip routes of a commercial airliner (regardless of actuall available aircraft, airline or route) What aircraft and route would you choose?

I would go for..

(1) 747-400 RUH-SYD-RUH
(2) 777-200 DMM-LHR-DMM
(3) 737-800 JED-DXB-JED

I would fly for Philippine Airlines.

PAL doesn't fly this route but if they did I would take:

ORD-HNL
HNL-MNL
MNL-HNL
HNL-ORD
...all on a 747-3000 or 747-400.

Only in my dreams however.

I would take 4X-ECA:

Tel Aviv to Perth
Perth to Sydney
Sydney to Auckland
Auckland to Hong Kong
Hong Kong to Seattle (Boeing Field)
Boeing Field to Philadelphia
Philadelphia to New York City! (Either JFK or EWR, I guess EWR if I'd be coming from the south/southeast)
JFK/EWR-ORY
ORY-FRA
FRA-ATH
ATH-HFA (772 can't land there)
HFA-ETH (772 can't land there)
ETH-SDE (Dash 7 barely lands there)
SDE-TLV (4X-ECA's home!!!)
and then start all over!!!
