I don't know diddly-squat when it comes to Dutch, maybe Rotterdam got tha largest port in tha world, Schipol airport is tha only major airport in tha world that needs a negative pressure altimeter setting, they build dikes and polders to fight tha sea, and tha un got some kind of court in tha capital, but as far as I'm concerned they got tha coolest airline in tha world.
It may not be Krisworld, "holland herald" isn't as thick as "high life", and tha last time I checked there wadn't no snack bar in their airplanes, and to tell you tha truth their basic livery hasn't changed since tha late 70s, but it still looks aight to me, though.
People always say marriages don't last, and I've seen richer alliances, but Northwest/KLM have been in tha alliance game back when other airlines were suckin government breast.
How many airlines can say they started flyin to london on may 17, 1920? Who else came into existance 82 years ago this month?
KLM's true to tha game. What about your airline?

KLM is the world's oldest airline, and possibly the world's first airline as well.
Their only major problem is a tendency to want to be too powerfull in alliances, causing talks to lead to nothing (Alitalia, BA, Air France) unless the other airline is in dire straits at the time (Braathens, NWA). A bit of an ego you might say

I hear alot about KLM from my sister because she went with them twice and it is her favorite. I reallt want to fly with them sometime. All I can say now is that I agree CFM-56, Finnair is the best!

You can also say that the KLM is in a good position because they are in a good financial situation.
Alitalia, BA, Air France and Braathens are not.
Maybe is that the reason. I don't know.
We will see which a/l they will choose,
or other airliners will choose KLM.
I think BA

Who here doesn't like the KLM Livery? It is so nice, and under the right conditions can look spectacular. The service is good and the food is ok, especially on subsidary airline KLM Cityhopper. Their fleet is pretty cool, although i wish they had A320's!!!
They are also based at my favourite airport, for flying to/from and spotting, Amsterdam Schiphol!!!
