MEA Bahrein - Beirut - Dubai (707s)
Gulf Air Bombay - Abu Dhabi - Bahrein (L1011)
MEA (first class) were superb, astonishingly good meal. Gulf Air (business class) were unremarkable but pleasant.
Flown to and from the ME many times but usually with the likes of British Meditteranean, Malev, Pakistan Int'l. Not that I avoid ME carriers, I'd prefer them, I could practise my shaky Arabic. But they tend to always be sold out (especially MEA) or more expensive.
fly Saha Air 707s daily from Tehran's downtown Mehrabad to Mashhad, Kish Island and Ahwaz

Don't know if Air-India count (I have done the LHR-JFK-LHR thing with them myself, fare: £99 rtn). But Cyprus Airlines definitely count, it's practically the ME, certainly Levantine, and in any case it was 707s so it's definitely worth a mention, if only to irritate the younger members here.

Kuwait Airways - JFK - KWI (R/T) on a 747-200 (Good food, decent pitch, no liquor, good crew)
Gulf Air (L1011, 767-300) LHR-Dubai/Bahrain...excellent service on the L1011s (this was way back in the mid 80s)
Emirates A310 (Bom-Dxb-Lhr in 1988) - excellent...and this was on a plane without PTVs etc.
PIA JFK- KHI- BOM -- Good food, lots of delays
Saudia (Dhahran - London) - L1011 - Great food and service, no liquor. Cool British crew on our flights (I'm dating myself here - this was back in the late 70s and early 80s)
Iraqi Airways (747-200 in 1978) - Bom-Baghdad-Lhr - Too long ago to remember, but I remember the plane as being quite amazing on the outside - but cant remember the service though. However, I do remember that the crew gave all the kids on board this bag of really tasty sesame candy.
Air India - 707, 747-200, 747-400 - service ranging from truly wonderful to perfectly awful.
