Far and away Southwest IMO...I love the casualness of it, even the pilots dress casual as well, and that I really enjoyed seeing...no need for fancy dress from the crew IMO...wish all airlines would follow Southwest for crew uniforms...

Back when Southwest first started flying, they only hired female stewardesses. That is what they called them back then. The uniform was an orange hot pants outfit and go-go boots. They also only hired female ticket agents at their counters and gates. They wore a blue jean hot pants outfit and go-go boots. I was 15 years old when they first flew to Lubbock, TX. I feel in love with Southwest from then on !!

Check out those on Latin American airlines. It's still considered something of a glamorous job in Central and South America, so attracts the cuties... Mexicana, Aero Mexico and Varig have my votes... Virgin and LH are up there...
