What major airlines in the world have PTVs on at least some of their aircraft? If they don't have them on all of their aircraft, which ones? These are all that I can am for sure about, but I know there are a ton more:

United has them on three-class 777s and 767s. These do mostly international service, but they also do domestic runs out of Denver, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dulles, and San Fran. American has them on all 777s and on all 3-Class A300s. USAirways has them on all A330s. Continental and Delta have them on all 777s. SAS has them on the A340 fleet, so does LanChile. british midland has them on thier A330s as well. I am only referring to airlines that have them in all classes.

No one has mentioned Virgin Atlantic, and they were the first! Emirates has them on all 777's and Airbus A330's. Gulf Air has them on A330's, and Air Mauritius has on their A340's. (I don't know about their 767's.) Also, Sri Lankan has them in all classes on everything except their A320's, and I hear that PIA has them on their 747-300. Oh, and let's not forget JAL, who is installing them on all 747-400's, and I believe ANA is doing the same. (Not on the 747-400D's, of course.) TG has PTV's on their 777's, and possibly the rest of the long-haul fleet, although I don't know for a fact. That's all I can think of for now.
