Hi,
A new Swiss Charter Airlines started operations last Friday. The name is BELAIR. They operates with the 2 former Balair Aircraft (B757). I just find this name ugly. There was a meaning in the word Balair but there is no meaning for the word BELAIR. Maybe the new name of Swissair will be Suissair???
What happens with the two former Balair B767? Longhaul flights are operating with B767 of Lauda Air??? Why not with the Balair B767???
If you want to see a picture of the new Airline: http://www.jetstream.ch .

It's not simply a new charter airline. Balair has filed for bankrupcy. So, tour operator Hotelplan, which is the most important customer, had to find a new solution. Their solution was to create Belair, take the 2 Balair B757 and the employees needed.
As for the Balair B767, they will disappear in the not so far future. So far, a solution has to be found for the longhaul flights.
