Whats The Difference At Kaitaks Runway 13 And 31?

I must know whats the difference between kaitaks old runway 13 and 31 it only had one runway.

Simple, rwy 13 was straight ahead (50% of the times) after the 47 degree turn.. When at rwy 31, you're facing the 47 degree turn. It's the same runway, only its name changes when you approach from the other side.

1 Runway = 2 ends!

13 was the rwy. with the great Checkerboard approach over Kowloon.......

31 is the other end of 13.
