Something has to be done about the people that work in EWR. The baggage carousel they tell you is not usually the one your bags come out of. Flight 455 was supposed to have carousel 8 but the stuff was on 8 AND 7! There was no security on the baggage claim level and the security guards looked like they were trying to sleep upstairs.
